Edit Item Types Item types defined in the Shop Manager correspond to the "ProductType" hidden field when you set up the "Add to Cart" button on your shopping pages. The value of the ProductType field should be among the Item Types defined here. Though exact match is not required. The Item Type concept is very important throughout the entire CyberShop program. Edit Global Regions Global Region is an upper level division to the numerous countries in the world. To effectively manage the shipping fee, CyberShop divides the the global into regions. Typically, you can define a unified shipping fee rule within each region (but it still allows exceptions for some countries in the region). This is used in the shipping fee calculation. Edit Status Codes Status Codes are extremely important in CyberShop. They are used to associate with shopping orders at different stages of the order process.
